The SAILOR Vessel Monitoring System (VMS) meet all mandatory requirements and performance standards of NOAA Fisheries, and is approved for vessels in all US Fisheries. The 3026D-F includes the Antenna/MTU, 10 Meter Cable, 3606XP Messaging Terminal, keyboard, mouse, and distress button. The unit comes with Free Easy-Link E-Mail and LocPoint tracking and mapping software. Vessels qualified by NOAA to receive reimbursement towards the purchase of this terminal can receive a reimbursement advance from GMPCS.

A recognized NOAA/NMFS safety and monitoring system, the 3026S-F provides reliable transmission using the Inmarsat-C satellite transmission system.
