GMPCS Takes over VMS-NMFS from Thrane & Thrane
Effective May 1, 2009, NOAA has transferred the contract for the provision of NMFS services from Thrane and Thrane to GMPCS. The transfer, which is part of a larger cooperative effort between Thrane & Thrane and GMPCS in the area of Light Marine is intended to provide VMS customers with “in-stock” availability of Thrane & Thrane’s high quality VMS units coupled with GMPCS’ outstanding customer service and support services, including 7x24x365 activations and technical support. As part of this process, existing Thrane and Thrane customers will need to complete the VMS transfer form below and fax it in to GMPCS customer service. New VMS customers will need to complete the full version of the GMPCS VMS Service Agreement (link also below). If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact GMPCS.
