GMPCS Personal Communications Receives Award For GSA Schedule Contract

GMPCS Personal Communications, a worldwide leader in satellite-based solutions for global voice, data and video, has been awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) IT 70 Schedule Contract. This new contract vehicle will offer GMPCS’ federal clients a streamlined avenue to place orders directly with our Government Business group.
The contract, GS-35F-0567X, includes a complete offering of our Inmarsat BGAN airtime services, under the newly assigned SIN 132-55 (COMSATCOM Subscription Services). GMPCS will also offer our line of portable satellite products (BGAN terminals, satellite phones, maritime and VSAT terminals) under SIN 132-8 within the contract. Furthermore, GMPCS plans to add Isatphone airtime services (GSPS) under SIN 132-55 very soon.
